All food items on our website are preorder only to ensure freshness and quality.
Once a preorder is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless within 2 hours of placing the order.
Perishable foods cannot be returned due to safety and quality regulations.

Provide your order number, description, and photos if possible.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
2. Spices & Seasonings (Non-Perishable)
Spices and seasoning products are not perishable and are stocked for regular sale.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was sent incorrectly or damaged.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
